Disposable

These disposable combination set-ups come in a number of different variations including grip size, tip size / style, color and material.  These are generally always going to be pre EO gas sterilized due to their disposable nature. 

These "combinations" can range from a full tube, tip, grip set-up to just a tube and tip which allows you to use your own grips to just a grip with a tube / backstem for using cartridge needles.
