Return Policy


Razorblade Pro offers a 30 day "no questions asked" return policy on most merchandise. This policy applies to damaged, defective, or new & unused products. Any products received in error are also applicable. Any used, opened, or contaminated product returned will be sent back to the returning party at the sender's expense. Tattoo inks, needles, or any other presterile items must be returned unopened within 15 days. Sterile items returned after 15 days will be eligible for a 50% credit calculated from the original selling price on your invoice. The following items will not be accepted as a return:

  • Tattoo Machines
  • Books & Magazines
  • DVD's or CD's
  • Flash
  • Used Body Jewelry
  • Used Piercing Tools
  • Opened Tattoo Ink
  • Any Pre-Sterilized Items That Have Been Opened
  • S8 Printers
  • Custom Made Body Jewelry

Please email us about your intended return, be sure to include your invoice/order number. Return any product within 30 days (or 15 days if it is a presterile item) of receipt for a credit or replacement.

Credits can be applied to your next order. Replacements will ship upon buyer's request. Return unwanted products to the address below:

Refused Orders:

Orders placed and then subsequently refused with a request for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee which is calculated at 10% of the subtotal.  Also, you will not be refunded for any and all shipping fees associated with the refused order.

Refused orders followed by a request for reship will need to include an additional shipping fee before reshipment.

We maintain the right to refuse to allow customers to continue using COD as a payment method based on prior refused order history
